  1. 3 sheets of gelatine
  2. 75 g white chocolate
  3. 300 g yoghurt (0.3% fat)
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 50 g cane sugar
  6. 3 oranges
  7. 1 pomegranate
  8. 40 ml orange liqueur or orange syrup
  9. Lemon (to taste)
  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Chop chocolate and melt over a hot water bath or in the microwave.
  2. Slowly mix the yogurt, stirring constantly with a whisk with the liquid chocolate.
  3. Separate the eggs, enter egg whites into a tall vessel with the sugar until and whisk.
  4. Dripping wet gelatin melt in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in 3 tablespoons of yogurt mass, then stir in the yogurt mixture to the mass in the bowl.
  5. Carefully fold the egg whites with the yogurt mixture.
  6. Get 4 cups (each 150 ml), cold rinse and fill with the yogurt mas. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  7. Hot rinse the orange and wipe dry. Then peel so thick that all that is white is also removed. Cut the flesh into slices.
  8. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds out with a spoon. Mix and syrup in a bowl with orange slices and orange liqueur.
  9. Distribute the orange salad on plate. The molds briefly in hot water, along with each drive a sharp knife around the edge and plunge the mousse on the plate. Taste with lemon garnish and serve.
