  8. 80-100g parboiled rice (long grain rice)
  9. 1-2 tbs home-made breadcrumbs (if needed)
  10. 6-8 bell peppers, medium sized, tops cut off and seeds taken out
Tomato sauce
  1. 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  2. 1 tbs olive oil
  3. 500ml tomato puree
  4. 300-500ml of water
  5. ½ tsp Vegeta or similar seasoning
